General Updates

OK, so February proved to be a bit of a bust in regards to development. I think the sheer scale of the 4th edition Character Sheet changes I was working on finally hit me, and I got a bit overwhelmed. I've also been on a bit of a hiatus due to real-life stuff, and other projects (like preparing my own 4th edition campaign).

As such, I've decided to take a page from Blizzard Entertainment's books, and no longer announce expected (hopeful?) release schedules, and simply start saying "When it's ready!" I've missed far too many of my own private targets, and I feel like I've been unfair those of you who check back here often hoping I'll finally have made an announced target date.

With that said, I received my copy of the Player's Handbook 2, nearly a week before it's official release. Not sure how I managed that (Chapter.Indigo.ca must like me), but I'm not going to complain. As of this writing, I haven't had much opportunity to look through it, but based on my initial skim, it looks like it's presenting some fun and unique new options to players. I'm not sure whether I'll have the contents of the book included in the initial public preview of the 4e sheet, but it'll definitely make it's way into the sheet in due time.

SSA-X2 D&D 3.5e Public Previews

SSA-X2 is proud to offer public previews of our three Dungeons & Dragons 3.5e products: SSA-X2 D&D Character Sheet v3.0, SSA-X2 D&D Spellbook v1.0, and SSA-X2 Initiative Tracker v1.0. These public previews are stable releases of three products still in development. Though they're not yet complete, we'd love for you to give them a try and let us know what you think.
